For this consultation you will send me your listing links on all platforms and marketing websites that you use. I will prepare a notes for our phone consultation, and I will ask you a few preliminary prep questions about what you are struggling with to prepare for our 1 on 1 call.

The Consultation call is 45 minutes to discuss the feedback on your listing and my recommendations to help revamp your property and offer a better guest experience, to get yourself into a more enjoyable hosting experience.

We will review your listing, your results, and who your target guests are, and WHY you want to be a host in the first place (aside from just money) and discuss steps you can take to move forward. You can include up to 2 listings for this call
